Todd Scharich, owner of Decorative Concrete Resources is known worldwide as one of the leading speakers in the decorative concrete industry. Todd is enthusiastic about his work in decorative concrete and making sure that the industry is represented with quality workmanship and creative designs. He trains and promotes decorative concrete endlessly to contractors, producers, and engineers. He is best known for his knowledge of job costing within the industry, and is asked to speak annually at the World of Concrete. He serves on two ACI committees dealing specifically with decorative concrete specifications and training.

Thomas Richeal is co-owner and manager of the Byron Center store and was introduced to the decorative concrete business through his extensive work in the epoxy and coatings industry. Now after nine years of work he continues to provide a personal level of service that is not commonly seen in the construction trades. Thomas works extensively with West Michigan ready-mix firms for project specific color matching, and creative solutions for their customer needs.

Kim Running is the Business Manager of Decorative Concrete Resources and is based in the Saginaw office. Kim came to DCR over eight years ago and has been instrumental in the growth of the company. Her experience helped her create productive relationships with both customers and vendors. She is the primary contact for all ready mix producers, and is in charge of all vendor relationships.Additionally Kim can help with any questions regarding DOT lettings, material pricings, or account status.
Ray Veitengruber

Ray Veitengruber is the sales and product specialist in our Saginaw store. He has been with us since the spring of 2007, coming to DCR from a well known ready mix company and supply house. His knowledge of decorative concrete applications has grown tremendously every year. Ray researches projects statewide and prepares proposals for them including DOT lettings. He is the primary customer contact for our Saginaw showroom, and handles most of the day to day incoming material need calls.

Craig Fraser has been with Decorative Concrete Resources for nearly 6 years. He is “The Color Guy” overseeing all color production for the Saginaw office. In an average year Craig will receive, blend, package, and ship nearly a half million pounds of pigment. Additionally Craig will help with customer pickups, incoming receiving, and overall warehouse management.

Joel Baker is the newest addition to the DCR team working out of our Byron Center location. He has been with us for just over a year and is already a customer favorite in West Michigan. As a college student studying business, he has done a wonderful job learning about the industry and helping the development of DCR. Joel is in charge of integral color production in Grand Rapids, shipping and receiving andassists with many walk in customers. His knowledge of Russian History has no benefit to DCR and its customers, but is worth noting.
